go from business idea to launch in 3 practical steps

Build your business plan

A strong business plan is the foundation of every successful business.

During five group workshops, you will develop your plan step by step with guidance from an experienced business advisor.

You will work on:

Workshop 1: Your business idea
What problem are you solving and what do you want to bring into the world?

Workshop 2: Market research
Who are your customers? What does your market look like? Who are your competitors and partners?

Workshop 3: Marketing strategy
How will you reach your customers and sell your product or service?

Workshop 4: Financial plan
Can your idea generate enough income to be sustainable?

Workshop 5: Organisation & operations
How will you run your business in practice?

By the end of these workshops, you’ll have the building blocks of a complete business plan.

Validate your idea

An idea only works if your market agrees.

In the sixth workshop, you present your product or service to potential customers and experienced entrepreneurs.

You’ll receive direct, constructive feedback that helps you sharpen your concept and get more insight in the market.

Get a feasibility advice

This is the moment where everything comes together. Your advisor will provide a clear and realistic assessment of your business idea, based on:

  • Your business plan
  • The financial viability
  • Feedback from potential customers
  • Your personal situation and ambitions

This gives you a solid basis to decide whether — and how — to move forward with your business.
